I want to help more women in business win.

Because building a business is hard.

Especially in that lean, creative, hustle phase where you are doing a little bit of everything. You are building the offer, making the content, finding the customers, chasing the opportunities, making decisions on the fly and trying to work out what will actually move the business forward.

And weirdly, I love this stage.

I work with bigger businesses, founders and CEOs at C-suite level now, but I am still completely obsessed with the everyday reality of building a business. Because startups are where I shaped my career. Every instinct I bring into a boardroom today was built in a room exactly like the one you are in right now.

The scrappy ideas. The creative problem-solving. The could we do this conversations. The launch you are pulling together. The opportunity that landed in your inbox. The marketing that suddenly stopped working. The thing you need to sell this month. The decision you need to make today.

The building. The figuring it out. The making shit happen.

And I have realised something. I have not really made myself accessible to women at this stage before.

I want to change that.

So I created The CMO Room.

Six weeks of having me in your corner while you build. A small, intimate group of women. Weekly calls. Direct access between sessions. Your actual business, your actual challenges and your actual opportunities.

I want to help you win.

You might not need a CMO. But you could really use one in your corner.

There are a thousand tiny and not-so-tiny decisions behind building a business.

Is this offer right?Should I launch this? Why is this not converting? What should I actually focus on?Do I need to hire someone? Is my positioning clear? What should I be talking about? Is this partnership worth pursuing?Am I charging enough? What am I missing?

At this stage, you do not necessarily need someone to come in and run a marketing department.

Sometimes you need an experienced person who can see the whole picture, challenge your thinking, spot the opportunity and help you decide what to do next.

That is the CMO Room.

This is not a course.

There is not a giant portal of videos waiting for you.

I am not giving you 47 modules to complete, and I am not interested in teaching you marketing theory for six weeks.

We are working on your actual business.

I will give us a simple framework each week so we are looking at the right things, but the Room is designed around what is actually happening while you are building.

Something happens on Tuesday? Bring it into the Room. You are about to launch something? Show me. You have written an offer and you are not sure it is landing? Let us look at it. Someone approaches you with an opportunity? Let us pressure-test it.

Real businesses do not happen according to a course curriculum. Neither will the CMO Room.

What we will work through

01

The business right now

Where are you now, where are you trying to go and what is actually standing between the two?

We will look at your business, customer, brand, revenue, priorities and what you want the next stage to look like.

What are we actually solving?

02

Your offer and why people buy

What are you selling? Who wants it? Is it positioned properly? Is it easy to understand? Is it easy to buy?

We will look at your offer, pricing, proposition, customer and the friction between what you are selling and what people actually want.

More marketing does not fix an offer people do not understand.

03

Your marketing world

We are going bigger than what should I post on Instagram.

We will look at how people discover you, what they see, what you are known for, how you build trust and how everything connects: content, social, email, founder brand, PR, community, paid, partnerships and customer experience.

This is also where we build your AI content engine, so one idea becomes a month of content in your voice instead of a Sunday night scramble.

Build a world around the business, not just a content calendar.

04

Find the growth

This is where we look for money, momentum and opportunity.

New customers. Existing customers. New offers. Collaborations. Partnerships. PR. Launches. New channels. Founder visibility. New markets.

We will look beyond post more and find the opportunities already sitting around your business.

What are you not seeing yet?

05

Make the business lighter with AI

You did not start a business to become the most overworked employee in it.

We will look at where your time is disappearing and what can be stopped, systemised, delegated or run by AI.

Workflows, tools, team, outsourcing and the automations that quietly give you back your week: onboarding, follow-up, reporting, repurposing, admin. This is the week most founders feel the room pay for itself.

Capacity is a strategy, not a luxury.

06

What is the move?

We bring everything together.

What changed? What worked? What is clearer? What are we leaving behind? What are the opportunities? And most importantly, what happens next?

You will leave with clear priorities and a practical 90-day direction for your business.

Not 73 things you could do. The moves that matter.

Running through all six weeks

AI runs through everything we do in here.

Not as a trend and not as a separate module. As the thing that lets one woman with a laptop operate like a team of five.

Most founders are not behind on AI because it is hard. They are behind because nobody has shown them where it actually fits inside their business. That is what we fix, in three places.

Content

Turning one idea into a month of content that still sounds like you. Hooks, scripts, carousels, emails and repurposing, built off a voice guide we create together so nothing reads like a robot wrote it.

Strategy

Using AI as a thinking partner rather than a copy machine. Pressure-testing offers, stress-testing pricing, mapping customer psychology and finding the gap in your market, with prompts that challenge you instead of agreeing with you.

Automations

The unglamorous hours that quietly eat your week. Lead follow-up, onboarding, reporting, inbox triage, content scheduling and admin, moved off your plate so your energy goes to the work that genuinely requires you.

AI does not replace your judgement. It removes everything standing between you and using it.

The magic is also in what happens between the calls.

This might actually be my favourite part.

You will have access to our private group throughout the six weeks via WhatsApp or Telegram.

This is where you can bring me the everyday stuff:

Alexis, can you look at this?

I am thinking about launching this. Thoughts?

Would you take this opportunity?

This is not converting. What am I missing?

How would you position this?

What would you do here?

Sometimes you do not need another 60-minute strategy session. You need the right person to look at something for five minutes and change the way you are thinking about it.

Who this is for

The CMO Room is for women who are building.

Startup founders, service businesses, e-commerce brands, personal brands, creative businesses and established businesses entering their next phase.

Early stage is welcome here. Startups are where I shaped my career and they are still my favourite businesses to think about, so you will never be the smallest person in this room.

You do not need a huge team. You do not need millions in revenue. You do not need to have everything figured out. But you do need to be serious about what you are building.

This is for the woman in the lean, creative, hands-on phase who wants to move faster, make better decisions, see bigger opportunities and stop trying to figure every single thing out alone.

You bring the ambition. I will bring the CMO brain.

Who this is not for

This is not done-for-you marketing. I am not becoming your marketing department for six weeks. I am not creating your social posts, building your website or managing your ads.

And I am not handing you a giant strategy document at the end.

We are going to think together. I will challenge you. I will give you ideas. I will tell you when I think something could be stronger. I will help you see opportunities. I will help you work through decisions.

And then we will work out: what is the move?

Why a small, intimate room?

Because I do not want this to become another giant online community where you are one of hundreds of names in a group chat.

I want to know your business.

I want to know what you are building. I want to remember the offer we talked about last week. I want to see the opportunity when you drop something into the group. I want you to have space to ask the question, share the idea and get into the conversation.

The value is in the proximity.

Why I am doing this

I genuinely want to help more women in business win.

I know how hard this phase can be. I know what it is like when every dollar matters, every decision feels important and you are simultaneously trying to be the founder, marketer, salesperson, strategist, content creator and CEO.

And I also know that this is often the exact stage where one idea, one introduction, one better decision or one different way of looking at the business can change everything.

I have spent years building experience that I now bring into bigger businesses and boardrooms. The CMO Room is my way of bringing some of that thinking back into the lean, creative, founder hustle where I started.

Not because I think you need to become a bigger business before you deserve senior thinking.

Because I want to help you become the bigger business.

Questions people ask

How much time does this actually take?

One live call a week for six weeks, plus however much you want to use the group in between. The worksheets are deliberately short. This is built for women who are already busy building.

I am very early stage. Am I too small for this?

No. Startups are exactly where I shaped my career and early stage founders are welcome in the Room. What matters is not your revenue, it is that you are serious about what you are building and ready to make decisions.

What if I cannot make a call live?

Calls are recorded so you can catch up, and you can drop your question into the group beforehand so it gets covered whether or not you are in the room.

How small is small?

Small enough that I know your business by week two and you get real airtime every week. Spots are capped for that reason, not as a scarcity tactic.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

Not a thing. We start from where you actually are. You will leave with content workflows, strategic prompts and automations set up inside your own business, whether you have used AI daily for a year or have never opened it.

Is this coaching or consulting?

Neither, exactly. I am not coaching you on mindset and I am not consulting into your business as an outsourced CMO. You are getting access to how I think, strategise and find growth, applied to whatever you bring in.

Will you look at my actual work?

Yes. Offers, launches, pages, campaigns, partnerships, pricing. Bring it to a call or drop it in the group.

What do I walk away with?

Clear priorities and a practical 90-day direction for your business, plus the AI workflows we build along the way. Not a 60-page strategy document nobody opens.

Is it only for women?

Yes. The Room was built specifically to give women building businesses access to senior thinking at the stage it is hardest to reach.

Not this round?

Leave your email and I will tell you when the next Room opens, before it goes public.

Bring me the business.

You do not need another person telling you to post more.

You do not need another 87 things added to your to-do list.

You need to know what matters. What does not. Where the opportunity is. What you are missing. And what you are doing next.

I want to help you win.

What is the move?

I am ready. Let me in.
